PROTOTYPING
TECHNOLOGY AT THE SERVICE OF PROTOTYPING
The realization of the hand-made prototype allows to test the validity of the design and to examine any changes and improvements which lead to the 3D phase and to the production phase.
The network of suppliers allows creating milled, sintered and stereo lithography prototypes.
THE MODEL
3D MODEL ENGINEERING
The product takes shape during the realization of the Model with the use of 3D software for the creation of complex shapes and curves.
The model is developed taking into account production constraints, product functionality and user requirements.
ENGINEERING
SETTING UP OF DETAILS
The engineering phase allows obtaining products that are successful in appearance but also functional.
Working on the 3D model permits to fix the different components, its couplings and the development of the final high-quality product.
REALISTIC RENDER
SIMULATION OF THE FINAL PRODUCT
The 3D model is developed by applying the latest stereolithography techniques using multiple combined materials, with the possibility of obtaining images and rendering necessary for the preparation of catalogues and presentations.
